During a FAIL state, use the STOP signal or ABORT command to clear the state, and if there are no issues with the settings, TOS5200 will switch to the READY state. If the Fail Mode is turned on in the CONFIG settings, the STOP signal will not clear it, and TOS5200 will remain in the FAIL state. In this case, you need to turn off the Fail Mode. During a PASS state, if Pass Hold is set in the CONFIG settings, input a STOP signal (ABORT command) to enter the READY state. If Pass Hold is not enabled, TOS5200 will automatically enter the READY state after a certain time.
