Under the external voltage control, the response time depends on the CONFIG setting (CF20):
If CF20 is set to 1, a delay occurs for a few ms.
If CF20 is set to 4 (FAST), there is almost no delay.
The rise time is 100 ms regardless of the CF20 setting.
