I’m trying to connect Wavy for PBZ to PBZ series via the USB interface, but the serial number is not displayed on the interface dialog box of Wavy for PBZ. What should I do?

When starting Wavy for PBZ for the first time, you need to enter the serial number.
Once entering the serial number, you can choose it from the pull-down menu.
The serial number is marked in the top section of the rear panel of PBZ series.
