- TOS9300: AC withstanding voltage/Insulation resistance tester
- TOS9301: AC/DC withstanding voltage/Insulation resistance tester
- TOS9301PD: AC/DC withstanding voltage/Insulation resistance/Partial discharge tester
- TOS9302: AC withstanding voltage/Earth continuity tester
- TOS9303: AC/DC withstanding voltage/Insulation resistance/Earth continuity tester
- TOS9303LC: AC/DC withstanding voltage/Insulation resistance/Earth continuity/Leakage current tester
