The voltage setting resolution:
Models with 80 V or less: 0.01 V
Models with 160 V or more: 0.1 V
The current setting resolution:
Models with 32 A or less: 0.01 A
Models with 50 A or more: 0.1 A
With the FINE command, the approx. 16-bit resolution is available.
e.g., For PAT20-400T with the FINE command, the setting resolution will be approx. 1 mV and 10 mA.
