Yes, it can.
Although you can manually create and execute sequences from the panel, the optional software SD009-PCR-LE/WE (power line disturbance immunity testing software) or SD011-PCR-LE (sequence creation software Wavy) can simplify the process.
IEC61000-4-29 requires short interruption testing in both low-impedance and high-impedance conditions.
PCR-LE series can conduct a short interruption test in low-impedance, but for high-impedance testing (e.g., 100 kΩ or more), it falls short as it only achieves at a few kΩ, which does not meet the requirement of IEC61000-4-29. However, it can still be used as a preliminary test. If the load is capacitive, it may be possible to reach 100 kΩ or more by inserting a diode in series at the output.
