Yes, it does.
The variable internal resistance function can simulate internal equivalent series resistance.
Press the CONFIG key on the panel and set the VOLTAGE knob to CF03; the CURRENT knob can be used to turn off or set the internal resistance value.
When the internal resistance variable function is set, the VIR indication on the panel will light up.
If the output voltage falls to or below 3% of the rated voltage, the output voltage may not be stable. Additionally, if the voltage drop due to the internal resistance is less than approximately 20% of the rated voltage, the accuracy of the resistance setting will decrease.
