Yes, output on/off control via an external contact can be configured using the CONFIG setting as follows:
1) Press the CONFIG key and set CF14 (external control for turning output on/off) to ON.
2) Additionally, you can choose the external control logic as follows in CF15:
A) LOW: The output is turned on with a low signal or short circuit, or
B) HIGH: The output is turned on with a high signal or open circuit.
3) Use pins 17 and 15 of the J1 connector for external contact connection.
