Check whether you perform the external control to turn the output on/off.
If the output is turned off by the external control, the output-off is prioritized and the OUTPUT key is invalid.
If the output is turned on by the external control, the OUTPUT key is valid.
Set CF14 of the CONFIG setting to OFF if you don’t want to use the external control for the output on/off.
