Can PBZ series provide a three-phase output?

Yes, you need to connect the COM terminals of three units of PBZ series to make a three-phase Y-connection.
To do so, synchronize the three units of PBZ series, and shift the start phases of each two slave units by 120° based on the master unit.

How to set up PBZs:
Go to the CONFIG setting > SYNCHRONOUS to choose MASTER for the master unit, SLAVE for the slave unit and SLAVE(E) for the slave end unit.
For the master unit, set the start phase as follows: AC setup > PHASE > 0deg.
Similarly, set the start phase to 120deg for the slave unit, and set to 240deg for the slave end unit.
You can set the output voltage and frequency on the master unit before turning the output on.
The output can be turned off regardless of the master/slave setting.

How to connect PBZs:
– To synchronize the three units, connect the 10 MHz OUT terminal of the master unit to 10 MHz IN terminals of the slave/slave end units.
– Connect the TRIG OUT terminal of the master unit to the TRIG IN terminals of the slave/slave end units.
– Connect the OUT terminals of the three units, and so do the COM terminals.
For the synchronization, read the user’s manual – chapter of CONFIG Setting Details – Synchronous Operation.
